Site survey and planning

o Time allotted: 1 day (free estimate)
o Deliverables: document containing

•  hotel’s map with the devices foreseen placement (plus approximate coverage area)
•  hotel’s site environmental considerations (building materials, floor plan, interference sources) 
•  a diagram of the wireless network (with estimated distances between devices)
•  a list containing the access points names (according to a preset pattern), channels, IP addresses

Installation and fine-tuning

o Time allotted: 4 days (total cost stipulated in the contract)
o Deliverables: Fully operational and tested wireless system

Personnel training

o Time allotted: 1 day (cost included in the installation)
o Deliverables: Fully trained personnel (device placement, billing issues, adapters rent)

•  Marketing pamphlets
•  User manual for the wireless system (including site-survey document)
•  Setup procedure (for the wireless adapter usage)

System Monitoring

o Time allotted: unlimited (free of charge)
o Deliverables: Written report in the case of intrusion or security breech

System check-ups

o Time allotted: 1 day every 3 months (free of charge)
o Deliverables: Complete system verification report (usage, performance)

System upgrades and maintenance

o Time allotted: 1 day when necessary (free of charge for firmware upgrades)
o Deliverables: Fully operational and/or upgraded wireless system.

Technical support

o Time allotted: depending on the situation (support fees stipulated in the contract)
o Deliverables: Fully operational system, working environment for the client
